Our properties include houses, mini studios, studios, and flats located in Walberswick, Blythburg, England, United Kingdom.
Guests are welcome to bring their dogs at an additional charge of £10 payable in cash to the housekeeper. Please be aware that there is a working farm next-door, which is not part of the lodge, so we kindly ask the guests not to enter this property out of respect for the farmer. Please note that although the property is pet friendly, we encourage dog owners to book the ground floor units in the lodge for easier outside access. There is also a secure kennel outside the lodge.
As the properties are over 100 years old most of them the upper floors are not suitable for people with reduced mobility as stairs are steep.
The lodge can accommodate up to 12 people, Smiths Cottage up to 6 people, Ferndale cottage up to 4 people and Ferndale up to 8 people.

Yes we are not a hotel and although breakfast items are provided for the first morning of stay; the rest is managed by the guests.

Entertainment – All the TVs across our properties work with TV aerial besides the Smiths Cottage TV that works with pre-recorded movies.
Indoor fireplaces, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguishers, kitchen and dining space and other kitchen essentials are provided in all properties.
Breakfast for the first morning is included in all reservations. Tea and coffee is always available in the acomodation. There is the option of a continental breakfast included in your stay which is delivered right to your door, consisting of porridge, cereal, toasts, and jams. However, if you fancy something different, then reservations can be made for a delicious cooked English breakfast for only £12.50 per head, at an award-winning local pub only three minutes’ drive away.
