  • Meet our Highlands! Most people have seen Highland cows in pictures, T-shirts and paintings but very few have had the luck of actually seen them in person, feeding them and spending some time with these beautiful animals. We are happy for guests to visit and spend time with our Highlands as well as giving them some carrots or treats. This is not a service we provide but we are happy to let our guests play with them under their own responsibility and pick up a bag of treats from the lodge for £5. Highlands are very calm and loving animals but please make sure you stay away from their horns as they may get scared and move their head abruptly potentially hitting whatever is on their horns way. As long as you stay behind the fence and with some common sense it should be nothing but an experience to enjoy these beautiful creatures.
